Unfortunately we are generally unable to edit your shipping address once your order has been processed, so please ensure all details are correct before placing an order. You are welcome to contact us at hello@kokohemp.com and we will do our best to assist you if you do have an issue with the delivery address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you via email.

All of our skin care products are manufactured by our team of experts in Byron Bay, Australia.

Our products have a typical shelf life of 12 months but we recommend using them within 6 months of opening. We advise keeping our products at room temperature or below and out of direct sunlight.

Yes our skin care does have a subtle scent of green tea, citrus, and coconut. It reminds us of sipping a cocktail on a warm tropical beach!

No, we do not and will not test on animals. We are a cruelty free brand and PETA approved.

Yes! Hemp is used to make many different products and hemp seed oil contains no illegal substances (CBD/THC).
